Dr Ngoh Sisui
Lecturer
Sisui obtained his PhD in Computing and Information Science from the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), MSc in Industrial and Systems Engineering and Management from NUS, and BEng in Engineering Systems and Design from SUTD.
Prior to joining Acacia College, Sisui was a Research Engineer at A*STAR’s Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology (SIMTech), where his team deployed Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) systems for industry and conducted training programs for adult learners. Alongside his technical background, he is actively interested in higher education pedagogy, particularly active learning strategies and accessible curriculum design in AI.
His research focuses on federated learning, mechanism design, and sustainable AI platform architectures, with an emphasis on aligning user incentives, strategic agents, and operations analytics.
