If you are an incoming first-year or second-year undergraduate at NUS in AY2025/2026, you are eligible to apply for Acacia College.  Incoming first-years can submit your application alongside or after your NUS admission application. However, admission into Acacia is contingent on your acceptance into an undergraduate degree programme at NUS.

Commitment to engaging in all aspects of the residential programme.

Enthusiasm for co-curricular and residential life activities.

Short essay and video submission outlining your motivation for joining Acacia College.

Important Notes

This is the only application window for the year. Incoming first-years should apply even without an NUS offer yet.

The following College and University-level financial aid schemes are available to help cover the cost of staying and studying for all incoming students. We strongly encourage you to apply for both the College-level financial aid and the existing NUS schemes if you need assistance.

Residential College Scholarships (Application is closed for AY2025/2026)

End: Sunday, 30 April 2025, 23:59 SGT
RC scholarships are open for all incoming first year undergraduate at NUS in AY2025/2026. We encourage students to
apply for University Level Financial Aid Schemes and/or RC Scholarship concurrently, while waiting for your NUS results outcome and/or the Residential College admission outcome.

To be considered for the RC scholarship, applicants generally need to meet the following criteria:

Be a full-time undergraduate at NUS and a resident of Acacia College
Demonstrate exemplary academic achievements along with active contributions to co-curricular activities (CCA)
Have no disciplinary records

Interested applicants are invited to submit their applications through the portal.
Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email starting in late July, please check your inbox regularly for updates.
