A Terms and Conditions email will be sent to you, and you will need to agree to the listed terms in writing to proceed with your room registration at the Residential College. You will only be informed of your unit number on the day of check-in. However, you can refer to your successful application status in UHMS to confirm the room type assigned to you after the payment of the $200 acceptance fee.

Downgrade: Appeals for downgrading a room will be considered only if you have a financial issue or a health condition that necessitates a change. To submit a downgrade request, you must appeal in writing to the college, and each appeal will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval will depend on room availability within the college.

Upgrade: Upgrades are generally not permitted under college policy. However, if you have a health condition that requires an upgrade, you may appeal in writing, accompanied by relevant medical documentation. The college will review the request on a case-by-case basis, and approval will be subject to room availability.

Non-resident visitors are allowed on hostel premises from 7 AM to 11 PM but must be always accompanied by a resident. Overnight stays in the college are strictly prohibited and anyone found violating this rule will be subject to disciplinary action.
