Dr Ong Zhi Quan (Alfred)

Alfred Ong obtained his PhD from the National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore. He is currently a Lecturer in Acacia College, NUS.

Prior to his current position, he served as a Research Fellow in the Department of Information Systems and Analytics under the NUS Institute of Operations Research and Analytics, School of Computing. He previously taught undergraduate and postgraduate modules in data analytics, IT project management, and ethical issues involving information systems.

His current research interests focus on developing, employing and evaluating technology-based interventions such as AI and IoT in promoting health-related behavior.
